Pali/ Sanskrit word “AROGYA” means total or holistic wellbeing of an individual or society, which is what we try to achieve at AROGYA PTY LTD as a private company with a philanthropic mission to teach individuals how to be content through practical application of Buddhist Mindfulness that explicitly advocate our vision of creating a Healthy 9, Happy 10, Safe and Fair society 11, which supports eight dimensions to wellness.
